Create precise patterns, detailed artwork and striking pixel mosaics with these Ottoman 8mm sintered glass mosaic tiles. Handmade from 97% recycled glass and 3% mineral oxides, these eco-friendly tiles combine exceptional strength with a smooth, high-gloss finish.
Their full-body opaque colour runs throughout each tile, while the straight sides allow close placement with minimal surface loss after grouting. The flat backs provide stable adhesion, making them easy to position on a wide range of indoor and outdoor mosaic surfaces.
Ottoman tiles cut cleanly with wheeled mosaic nippers, producing very little splintering or waste. Their consistent 8 × 8mm square shape makes them especially suitable for pixel mosaics, geometric designs, lettering and intricate decorative work.
With a coefficient of expansion of approximately 84–87, the tiles may also be lightly tack-fused to compatible float glass. Full fusing is not recommended, as it can create a grainy surface and soften the tile edges.
