Refund policy

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement by email to sales@balzarcrafts.com . You can also use the Returns form

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the return is for a non defective item the buyer covers the shipping costs.

RETURNS POLICY

Returned items must have not been used or altered and in their original packaging.

We are happy to refund or exchange any item purchased on the website. Unwanted goods may be returned for an exchange. (shipping costs excluded) provided that you have requested to return your items within 14 days of receipt of goods. This may affect the Free Shipping policy and thus may result in partial refund.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or have been sent incorrect. Where possible, we will offer to replace items deemed faulty. Exchange of goods is subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.

If you want to return or exchange a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us before sending the parcel back; let us know the problem and we will advise you how to return it. We  require sending photos of items received with defects.

BalzarCrafts cannot accept the following returns:

  • Any item requested for return outside the 14 day timeframe
  • Items that have been used in any way
  • For non EU countries, the customers is responsible to pay for all import taxes and duties that may be imposed

We have the right to deny the refund or exchange request if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.

A refund will be issued to the original card used for the purchase within 14 working days of receipt of the return (Full Refunds only apply to defective or missing items). Please note: processing timelines are dependent on your bank. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including the relevant taxes, but excluding shipping or return courier costs.

We do not cover shipping charges for returns or exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty (due to a manufacturing defect or if the incorrect item has been shipped), whereby we will also pay for the cost of the return shipping.

Orders sent to a destination within the EU will have all sales and taxes refunded upon return of goods. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please be advised if you may be able to recover these fees by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively please contact us with information.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
